My hosting provider relocated the server on which this site resides from Texas to California. This has caused a number of problems with my web sites.
Those sites running on Joomla 1.5.x appear to be running fine, now. But those running on Joomla 1.x, including APAstyle.info, didn't fare so well in the transfer.
I'm not sure exactly what happened, and it seems that the only solution is to rebuild the sites.
Unfortunately, I don't have time to do that right now. In my "spare time," I'm focusing on completing my graduate education.
